Clarity for companies and candidates
Ascensi sells recruitment and HR consulting to two audiences at once: companies looking for talent and candidates looking for the right job. The old site didn't show what set the agency apart, and it didn't guide either audience toward a next step.
A unique design, drawn from the logo
I started from the Ascensi logo and pulled a full identity out of it: palette, typography and a coherent visual system. On that base I designed and built a custom site in Next.js, with a Sanity CMS the team uses to manage jobs and content on its own.

- 04Designed the homepage, the service pages and a dedicated form for candidates.
- 05Went through three rounds of iterations with the Ascensi team.
- 06Built the front end in Next.js, faithful to the design and fast on any screen.
- 07Set up the Sanity CMS for jobs and content and connected the application form to the candidate flow.
- 08Tested the whole flow on desktop and mobile, then trained the team to run jobs and content on its own.

A form built for candidates
Candidates send their CV and details through a custom form, so they can be considered for the open roles at the companies Ascensi works with. Behind it sits a CMS the team uses to publish and manage jobs, so the right people find the right role and Ascensi gets more relevant applications.
One page for each offer
Recruitment and HR consulting don't fit in one pitch, so each offer got a dedicated page with direct language and concrete steps. All the key pages, from the homepage to the blog and contact, work as one visual system.

I went through three rounds with the Ascensi team until the design was what they wanted: coherent, professional and easy to read on any screen.
