The Process
Map
I start with how the pieces connect: the material, the people using it, and what has to change when one part moves.
Check
I go back to the sources, sort what holds from what doesn't, and write down what the work can honestly claim.
Build
I design the experience and build it with Claude Code and Codex, then test it on real material before handing it over.
